Common questions

• Cancel Pro: iPhone Settings, [your name], Subscriptions, Steppagotchi.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore purchases: in the app, Settings, Restore Purchases.
• Delete your data: Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete my data. This does not cancel Pro; cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
• Cloud AI: turn features on or off in Settings, AI.
